Dell Inspiron 3521 Doesn't recognize the TV with 5m HDMI cable

With a short cable it's working fine, but with the 5m cable it's not.

In order to fix it i have to reinstall the video driver which makes the screen turn off and on, and than its working well, untill i shut it down.

I'm looking for a fix, or somefaster method. Is there a way to turn off and on the screen like the driver install does?
