Dell inspiron 7437 screen freezes on charge

Hi I've got inspiron 7437 since windows 8 and all was fine until I've upgraded to windows 8.1 and then once I've plugin power cord my screen would freez, then if you unplug power cord everything would go back to normal and you can repeat above until you catch moment when screen would be fine, but now I'm upgraded to windows 10 and once I've try to charge my screen is dead frozen and untill I've restart my laptiop it stays that way.

I've done all dell tests and it's all passed no hardware issue found etc... I've upgraded to latest drivers and latest bios 10A and nothing changed.... is there any problem persists since windows 8?

Is there any solution for that?
