kamal4493,

To verify that this file (Enable/Disable) is not driven by the operating system, see if it will boot into safemode.
If you cannot, then the switch must have been made on a bios level, not an operating system level.
If the file cannot be re-run because it senses that it is already installed,
By mistakenly choosing disable, the LCD panel is broken and will need to be replaced. This is not covered under warranty unless you have the Complete Care Warranty.

Do you think it is  a bios issue?

because i can access the system through external monitor(hdmi) and the sytem boots perfectly there.

i just dont see anything on the laptop screen .

kamal4493.

If you can see the bios and windows using an external monitor via HDMI, then you can reset the bios there. Using the external monitor to see the windows desktop, why not simply run the file again and choose Enable instead of Disable?
