Dell Support OS Assist Recovery Tool - "Unable to locate download. Please contact tech support for additional assistance." (See pic.)
It appears that something is wrong on Dell's servers that allow this OS image to be downloaded.
Please let me know your thoughts and maybe somebody at Dell can flip a switch somewhere and make these file available for download again.

I have the same problem with latitude E7470.
Is it possible to download the image manually?

Same exact problem! Dell, please help!!! Calling the 800# for support doesn't help either.
