Latitude 5410 SSD temperature on Ubuntu 18.04

When on Ubuntu 18.04.04 (with HWE) and the power cord is plugged in, the NVMe SSD's temperature quickly goes up to 60 degrees Celsius. When disconnected, it falls down to about 40 degrees. On Fedora 32 on the other hand, I get about 30 degrees, no matter the power supply (battery/cord). In all cases, no significant load was imposed to the SSD. Can anybody confirm this problem?
