Remove DBUtil_2_3.Sys

Question

Hello, I am using the DBUtilRemovalTool.exe to remove the DBUtil_2_3.Sys. But it still the file exist after restart of the laptop. I can able to delete manually from C:\Users\Juliana\AppData\Local\Temp\. But below message appears when try to delete the DBUtil_2_3.Sys from C:\Windows\Temp Please advise what is to be performed to delete the DBUtil_2_3.Sys from all the locations?   Also how this file can be removed from laptops using SCCM

Delete this regkey: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\DBUtil_2_3

Then reboot and delete this file: C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\DBUtil_2_3.Sys

You will need to perform both tasks as admin.
