How to get working Ubuntu image for Dell Precision 5560 with RTX A2000

Unfortunatelly I bought laptop with  Windows system but I want to use them as developer machine under Ubuntu 20.04.

Dell does not offer me any help with ubuntu as I bought Windows.

The issue I have is that I want to use Ubuntu with Nvidia for ML development.

But when I try restart official ubuntu installation I got stuck with NVIDIA persistence driver.

I got information on internet that I need to have Dell special kernel to work with Dell Precision having NVIDIA card.

But I don know how to get it or how to get Dell image with Ubuntu system.
