inspiron 3190 will not boot with ubuntu usb

inspiron 3190 will not boot with ubuntu usb. Message from BIOS--"operating system loading signature found in secure boot exclusion database (*dbx). All bootable devices failed Secureboot verification" On the other hand booting from Win 11 usb no problems. Also booting from Ubuntu SSD no problem. Thanks
