E248WFP Monitor Driver is bad on Dell Site

Driver: E248WFP_R185403 is corrupt when I try to run it. Latest version is from March of 2013. Latest one that Microsoft knows about is from 2007. How can I get a usable updated driver for my E248WFP? Thanks,

* Install winrar
http://www.filehippo.com/download_winrar_64/
* Right click on the downloaded file E248WFP_R185403.EXE
* Left click Extract here
* Open the folder driver to see the ICM, inf, cat files

* Open the Device Manager
* Click the icon left of Monitors
* Double click the monitor listed
* Click the Driver tab
* Click the Update Driver button
* Click No, not at this time
* Click Next
* Dot Install from a list or specific location
* Click Next
* Click Don't search. I will choose the driver to install
* Click Next
* Click Have Disk
* Click Browse and navigate to where the three files are now
* Click the monitor inf file
* Click Open
* Click OK
* Click Next
* Click Finish
* Now the Device Manager- Monitors should show your monitor
