P2418HT, touch click event does not work
When I touch the screen like a mouse click, it seems to behave as if I did a double click. I press a toggle button for example to turn a switch on or off and it completes the full cycle of on then off instead of on only. Any ideas of why a single touch behaves like I'm touch something two times?

The issue has been resolved. Re-calibration (again) did the trick.

Click the "Get help now" icon on the right. Share with them the private monitor Service Tag and 20 digit serial number.
Our users will need more data before the can correctly troubleshoot =
* What PC model?
* What operating system?
* Explain in detail how the P2418HT is connected to the PC using all ports and cables
* Have you recalibrated Touch?

1. Acer Nitro 5 laptop.
2. Windows 10
3. HDMI to the Acer HDMI port. Supplied USB 3.0 cable directly into the Acer USB port.
4. I have recalibrated Touch using Control Panel.
