Network adapter issue Dell Inspiron 15 3000

The worst possible purchase within 2 weeks my Dell laptop Inspiron 15 3000 is no longer letting me log in. It says no network found read through forums to try to fix on my own didn’t happen. I barely had this Dell for two weeks and bestbuy won’t let me return it as today was the last day to return. I had to reset the laptop and now and error message is showing. Found a forum to do f12 and now it’s stuck on download support assist os recovery image. I only use this laptop for graduate school so researching and writing papers that’s it. This is pathetic please provide some guidance on this laptop before I through it out the window
