Can you provide some more detail on what you're experiencing? Is SupportAssist installed? (You can download it here.) Is it failing to install? What happens when you try to run it from the Start menu? What about when you go to dell.com/support and check for driver updates? Are error messages displayed? Can you see SupportAssistAgent.exe running in Task Manager?
