R905 reboots

I recently replaced the motherboard on a dell R905 with an identical board. I was wondering if there's anything else I need to do, because I get an E2110 error concerning MBE at DIMM B7 $ B8. I have swapped memory sticks around with working ram from different slots and still get the exact same error. Also when I first boot it up, I have no errors, but after a while (varies from a few minutes to a few hours), the server restarts itself and the E2110 error comes back. What could I be missing?

Thank you Robert, prior to changing out the Motherboard, I had Esxi 6.0 running on it. What would be the easiest way to upgrade the bios. I have been trying to use an iso I created from the Dell Repository Manager but I haven't been successful, always ends with an error somewhere . Thanks.

Okay thank you. I will give this a try and let you know about my results. The errors I was getting was that the bundle wasn't the right bundle. I have ESXI 6.0 running, what bundle would be the right one using Dell Repository Manager. I actually picked the Linux(32 & 64bit) package.

Hello Robert that link worked, I was able to update my bios but I'm still having the issue of the server restarting at irregular intervals and like I said the only thing I had done was replace the motherboard with an identical one. Is there something else I'm missing?, also would an E2110 (memory issue) cause it to restart like that?

No I haven't cleared the SEL yet because I haven't been able to get OpenManager that will load up on boot on my system. Perhaps you know of a link somewhere that will work. I have a Vmware ESXi OS running. I haven't used OpenManager a lot in the past if that helps.
