Hi, thanks for choosing Dell. We'd like to help but this alone doesn't speak much to us. Do you see any error messages on the screen? Can you attach some screenshots for us?

So in the RAID controller there is the state column, for the drives that are sas, it says blocked.  For my sata drives it says available.  I have read elsewhere that there is a special partition for dell approved sas drives and only these are supported.  Could you corroborate this?
