Hi.
After downloading the Technical Support Report, I cannot find the viewer.html file which is supposed to be in the TSR directory!
The TSR file is from a server with IDRAC8.

Are you able to see other files on TSR file?

Hi Shine K.

Yes I can see the "mut" and "sysinfo" directory as well as their contents (.xml files).
I download the report from another server with idrac8 and I have the same result. (no viewer.html file) On the other hand, on our servers with idrac9, the viewer.html file is present.
