PoweEdge R730 install CPU E5-2660 v4

Hi,

I would like to replace my two E5-2620 V3 CPU with E5-2660 V4. I made upgrade of the BIOS also all Firmware and Drivers via Lifecycle Controller downloads.dell.com .

When I put the two new CPU the system doesn't recognize and hands I can't start it.

What I do wrong and what I miss to do, please help me?
