deleting a group in "my products" at the dell website
Well, there is no sub-forum for the dell.com website, so i am simply posting here:)
So, i think the topic says it all... does anyone have a clue how to actually delete (empty) groups?
I have redecorated among the groups (that contain servers, switches, storage and such), and now two groups are redundant...
Thanks!

Hello, thanks for choosing Dell. Do you think you can show us a pic of the product as to what you are referring to so that I can understand you better? With the information given now, I am having quite a hard time. Thank you and have a good one!

I log in on the dell.com web.
Then go to My Products ("Mina Produkter" in swedish).
There i see my registered servers and such. And the groups.
And i can create groups, add/remove products from groups... but not delete groups?

Hello,
normally you have on the right three dots for each product. Click on it you should be able to remove the product.
Thanks

I want to delete groups, not products.

Alexander-36725,
You should be able to go to Users and Groups, then select Product Groups tab, from there you should be able to delete or edit them.
Let me know if this helps.

Hello. I had a look myself and I can't find that either: I'm thinking it could be some access level issue.

I cannot say this for everyone, but personally, I didn't come across customers who faced this issue.

i'm having the same issue. it's quite annoying to have all those empty groups hanging around.
