I have dell scv2080 with controller fault 2 of them not working i replace one of them with new one the quastion is how can i get the same configration in the new controller .. i have important data that i cant lost please any one can help me .. thanx

To start with, what I suggest is that you verify Secure Console is enabled, as seen on section 4 here. Also, if you private message me the serial # for the controller we can look into the issue as well.

I have console cable .. what i need so you may enter remote access and look closer for the issue

Ok how can i open a ticket with support ?
You could call in at 1-800-456-3355, or the regional number for the area you're in, and then provide the svc tag and then you should be routed to the correct group.
