Dell Precision T5500 CPU is locked at 3ghz
Hello i have problem with dual CPU Dell precision T5500 because i have dual cpu i see all 16 cores but windows has clock speed max at 3ghz and it is supposed to be 6ghz .I have inside an intel xeon x5660

Intel Xeon X5660 has base frequency at 2.80 GHz and max turbo frequency at 3.20 GHz
