Keyboard malfunction
- When I use my keyboard it randomly freezes keys,when I press esc it tabs me out of what ever I’m doing I have uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled and tried everything I could find on the internet and nothing has worked

Try a new or different keyboard. It's an inexpensive accessory, not a part of the desktop. Also run the Dell diagnostics to test the computer.
Windows supplies the drivers for KB and mouse without any input from you.
