Precision 3560 USB C problem with WD19S
Hello everyone,
I'm getting a issue with the hardware mentioned above, the workstation loses connection to the network and with the USB devices connected to the docking station, need a restart for getting it to work but the problem returns. Already changed the docking station with another one (same model) but the issue persist. The PC has all suspension settings turned off.

We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.

Your Precision 3560 configuration shipped with a 130W AC power adapter. Per this, "Dell Commercial Docking Compatibility" article, did your WD19S ship with a 130W AC power adapter (90W power deliver) or the 180W AC power adapter (130W power delivery) ?

I'm curious, are you connected through WiFi?

It's been a while (sorry for not replying right away, I needed a bit of time for testing) but now it seems ok, we changed with a third docking station (same WD19S with 130W adapter). The problem happened either with only the dock powering the laptop (so only 90W of charging) and even with the dock and the laptop charger plugged in. The PC was connected throught the dock's ethernet port, so no wi-fi.
Seems like these docking station are a bit inconsistent, we're having other issues but that's for another discussion...

Hello, reading this old post I am experiencing similar with my precision 3560 and dock WD19DCS. I run with two docks, one at home and one in the office.
USB-C port displaying error code 24, difficult connection with the dock identical to what was described above.
My work just supplied me with identical laptop, so now I have two and the new one already started to display error code 24.
Both laptop on warranty.
Thanks
