Precision 3561 and Dock WD19DCS Problem

Question

Hi, have a lot if issues with the given combination.Today i connected my drained Laptop (Battery was about 3%) to the Dock but neither the Dock charged the Battery nor i could start the Laptop. I tried everything but in the end i charged the Laptop with another Charger up to about 25% and connect the Dock. It seems the Laptop seen the Dock but telling mit there is Power Supply connected with less than 27W. Laptop and Dock are both up to date with Firmware/Bios. Any idea ?

Issue Resolved after user drained over the week end the Laptop battery down to 3%, connected the Docking Station and the Laptop was charged.
