Delete Print Jobs

Open notepad

Copy and paste the words, in between the lines, into notepad

-------------------------------------------------

net stop spooler
del %systemroot%\system32\spool\printers\*.shd
del %systemroot%\system32\spool\printers\*.spl
net start spooler

 ----------------------------------------------------------------

Save as DeletePrintJobs.cmd

Now right click on it, left click run as administrator.

Restart your computer.

Or try this...

MANUAL METHOD

Maybe you have only pause printing.

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/View-pause-or-cancel-printing

If it is OK, try to look in this folder:

C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS

Is it empty?

If not delete everything in the folder

Restart your computer

If you still have problems, please post in the Dell Printers Forum. Thank you.
