Dell Drop Box 20gb promotion program fails to run or be reinstalled

The Dell Drop Box 20gb promotion program fails to run, preventing me from taking up the offer. I have then tried to reinstall it but then it gives a 409 error message saying that the browser is not supported (but it is supported) and prompts a new browser download during which is gives a script error. Please help me. Hilda
