Avigilon NVR2 Dell R520 disk reimage help

I have had drive 0 the C: drive to fail and have purchased a new one.  I formatted the new drive as NTSF

and downloaded the .iso file from Avigilon that is supposed to reimage the new drive so the server will boot into the 

embedded Windows 7.  BUT it does not seem to find the new drive.  Dell told me that they thought that I did not have

the proper driver for the hard drives but I don't know where to turn to from here.  Avigilon is not much help because

the NVR2 is out of warranty.  Anyone ever run into this type of problem?
