Hey, i had tried a couple of attemps to access to my GroupManager but it keeps saying it requires Java SE6 license. I did update but still cannot access to it. Hope you all can have some solutions.. Thanks

Would you confirm a couple things for us?
What is the current OS?
What specific java version are you on?
Have you tried launching both via browser and application, and do the results differ?
Lastly, is everything up to date, including the latest supported versions of software?
