Secure Connect Gateway & DD autosupport


I am trying to find if there is a way to check if the autosupport was successfully sent/delivered to Dell via the SCG. 

This issue appears to be on the SCG side as we can see the DD thinks it sent it successfully from its history and the customer has confirmed they also received the email each day.  But no autosupport has been received back by Dell for the whole of December.  We have got this working again by re-registering the DD to the gateway but want to put some monitoring in place to notify us if this stops working again.
