Upgrade SRS v3.52 to SCG 5.10 failed

Hello,

 

we try to update our SRS. This failed again and again. Also setting up a fresh SCG is impossible due to missing implementation option of our PowerStore Appliances.

Concerning the upgrade, we obtain that during the restart / first start of SCG something went wrong and the system roll back the update. Dell support from India isn´t helpfull. So how could we solve this issue by ourself?

Ivo_M,

 

 

I would start with verifying that you are meeting the requirements as seen on the page here. Such as the correct number of resources, and that URLs can be reached that are new to SCG. Beyond that we would need to look at DB issues.
