DELL XPS L502x - does my laptop have SATA III ?

hallo, i want to ask you guys if my laptop have sata III ? I have Dell XPS L502x, with HM67 chipset, intel says that SATA III is available but when i did contact with polish dell corporation they said that i do not have sata III , how is this possible ? 

i wanted to buy ssd disc thats why i am asking about it. Let me know if this laptop support SATA III please :) 

AIDA 64 information

chipset - HM67

procesor - intel core i7-2670qm

if u need any more specification of my laptop - feel free to ask

The hard drive controller is capable of SATA 6G, yes.  That said, to use that much bandwith you'll need a solid state drive - no single spinning hard drive comes anywhere near delivering even 3G/s let along 6.

The XPS L502X system uses Serial-ATA III(SATA) hard drives, SATA hard drives offer Data transfer rates of 6 Gbits per second.

well I  know that I will need ssd for it, but still i want to know FOR SURE if this laptop has SATA III :)

ok, thanks for your reply, my english is not perfect but as i understood you that my laptop has it. so i can buy ssd and use it with 100% power .

I have the XPS17 with Intel® HM67 Chipset, Can I change the actual HDD's 750GB 7200rpm for 512GB SSD SATA3 6Gb/s?
