Dell Docking Station WD19TB not compatible with Filco Ninja keyboard and M1 Macbook

Hi all, I bought a new m1 macbook(2021) last month. But I found that when I connect my Filco Ninja Keyboard with WD19TB, I cannot type in any character after about 2 mins. But it goes normally when I restart the laptop and connect them through docking station in the first 1 min. But if I directly connect keyboard to macbook, it works normally. So I wonder why the docking station is not compatible with the keyboard. All of them went well with my intel macbook(2016). Could anyone help me deal with it? Thank you!
