Installing WIndows 10 on NVME M.2 Samsung with M.2 SAS Flex Bay on Dell Precision 7820

Dear People

I have M.2 SAS Flex Bay, bought it at https://www.amazon.sg/Module-Compatible-Precision-066XHV-Without/dp/B089NK3XZF and I also bought a SAMSUNG EVO 970 Plus M.2 NVMe.
I have trouble installing Windows 10.
When installing Windows 10, I loaded the Intel Volume Management Device NVME controller driver but it was still not detected.
In the BIOS settings, the configuration has been set to AHCI mode and boot protect has also been unlocked.
My Dell is a Precision 7820.

How to to detect NVME M.2 when installing Windows 10?
