The newest release of the SupportAssist 3.11.4 (XPS-13 2-1 windows 10) is not working.

SupportAssist was automatically installed to the newer version, when i started SupportAssist to get the new drivers.

result:

-new driver search and downloads is hanging, message "Preparing for....."  never stops
-Hardware test same result, is never ending
-Files/performance check/Network optimization is not executing

Re-install does not change anything.

Question 1):  is  this a general issue
Question 2): Assuming 1) is not the case , i assume a broken installation and the question is: What files to clean up to get a proper working installation ?

Please help wanted.
