DFS Namespace Shares Freezing, Direct Shares work fine

Hi,

  When accessing the share through namespace "\\domainname.com\share", several users would freeze.
Explorer would just completely freeze and eventually come up after 2-5 mins.

When accessing the share directly from the server "\\servername\share" it worked just fine.

windows 2012 r2 servers and Windows 7 Clients.

Any help would be appreciated.
