There is no Fault LED.
Visually, it appears normal.

Hi,

Thanks for your question. Did anything else happen in the environment? Have you rebooted the enclosure?  You may want to reseat the I/O modules. If that doesn’t work calling phone support is probably the best option.

This situation is pending because it is in service.
Or is it a code bug? I've been looking for it, but it's hard to find.

I was not able to find anything that said it was a bug.
