Dell is a multinational, multimillion company that steal from it's customers by adding things they didn't request and then don't provide that service and won't issue a refund. Keeping $43.52 is way more important to them than keeping you as a customer. I'm currently looking to buy a tablet and a laptop, it certainly won't be from Dell.v
