Vostro 3470 mainboard, pinout for power-switch connector
Hello everyone
I try to find pinout description for power-switch connector on mainboard use in Dell Vostro 3470. There are untypical solution: 7 pins. Thx a lot for any hints or graphics.

Dell does not publish pinouts for their proprietary connectors.
Search the web as some other user may have posted it.

HFHK7 power button does not use 7 wires however.
The board is dell doubling down on the proprietary front panel as an extension of the motherboard.
Wouldn't be surprised if its the exact same layout as all the other 6 pin connectors with 1 key.

Thanks speedstep! I know this an old thread but I tracked my issue down to a cold solder. The machine was always kind of tricky to start, making me feel like I just wasn't pressing the power button correctly. Today, the computer just wouldn't turn on.
