It is doable If you upgrade psu to support gtx 1660S that needs an 8 pin PCIe connector. stock 290w psu has proprietary 8+4 pin, ATX form factor.

Get EVGA power supply and add Moddiy CAB359 cable.
with psu outside case or Dell 365W
