EP_ Exception Error when attemping to open "My Dell"

Is there a software issue preventing me from opening "My Dell"?  It's a circular issue when you press the only button on the page which says "EP_Exception Error_Button.  Has a resolution been completed?  Thanks

I tried all of the suggestions - but it's a "no go", I appreciate your response, thank you.

I would contact Dell for support but the last day of my warranty the 2/6; I don't believe that I am covered any longer without paying for service.
