I have a headache recently. I always receive a notification that there's an update to my Dell backup and recovery and when I try to update, I get another message that it's already updated!
The methods you share with us to solve the issues of Windows 8 Dell Backup and Recovery is quite amazing. I am using the windows 8.1 but don't know how to take pictures (screenshot) on the pc. Is there is any specified tool which i have to download or i have to take help from how to screenshot on pc for the solution of my problem?
I am also getting the notification for the update. My installed version is 1.9.2.8. The suggested version is 1.9.3.31. When I start the update I get the answer that I have the latest available version installed. Strange.
also cannot update to version 1.9.3.31 because everytime I try to the updater crashes. But that is actually not why I am here.
If I restore my backup data from the external harddrive it works well, but If I then try to open the restored files from the explorer later it tells me I don't have the rights to do that.
But - changing the rights does not work as well. I am pretty scared for my data so please help me.
I have updated my windows 7 to windows 8. I have the problem to login in outlook. I took Outlook customer support services but It couldn't help me. have you any solution for it? Thank you!
Hello I have Questions in regards to recovery and the way my system is set up. I have an inspersion 2350 all in one My system came preinstalled with Windows 8.1 on a 1T sata, I got installed a sata ssd M2 drive of 64 Gb. What I am trying to do is install its original configuration on the 64Gb ssd and have the 1T as a storage device. What are your recommendations?

Hello,

The update suggested is 1.9.3.31
Any comments?

Your answer is actually clearing the question than answering it:
1. Why should I get the notification if there's no update? This is where you need to look for the problem in your server or software.
2. The permanent presence of the notification is annoying.

alirezanasibi,
If the dell backup and recovery is already updated you can disregard the notifications to update.
