WYSE S30 can't browse to a DNS web site

We have a WYSE S30 that is connected to a server (Intranet). The server has a DNS that resolves to two (2) IP addresses where we have a Web Service running. We want the WYSE terminal to open the page http:// /home.aspx. The WYSE S30 will open the page:  http://x.x.x.215/home.aspx but it will not open the web page if we use the DNS name. We have tested the DNS on a windows pc running Windows 2003, Windows XP, and other and it works OK. How can I do for the WYSE S30 to open the web page with the DNS name instead of the IP address?
