Battery Drain

My XPS 9320 is brand new without any non-standard software installed. I have all the latest drivers and Windows 11 updates installed.  A Dell technician remoted into the laptop and spent 2 hours making sure everything was in order, but still the laptop drains overnight and I have to wat 15 minutes on the charger to get to a point where it can boot up.

Not what I expected from a $2500 laptop.
