Hi all,

I need a reasonably cheap part (left fan, 008yy9) for my XPS 9570 but for some reason I cannot find it anywhere in the EU. Buying it from China/USA/UK will end up making a cheap part pretty expensive when shipping, VAT, customs duty and customs handling fees are added.

I tried reaching out to IPC-Computer in Germany but they have completely given up on customer requests for items from this (all?) manufacturer(s) due to availability issues and lack of price lists.

Any ideas where I might have more luck?

Yes. All listings are either dispatched from China, unavailable or don't ship to Denmark (my location). Only exception is a seller from Germany who asks €55 (€75 with shipping), which is ridiculous.

Still searching for a fan in the EU. The part number of the actual fan in the laptop is 008YY9 but when I search for the fan by the laptop name (XPS 9570), fans that look similar but with different part numbers show up. Is there a way to check if these are actually interchangeable - like a Dell parts list?

The part numbers are:

• 008YY9 (the one in my laptop)
• 0VJ2HC
• 0F01PX

Ended up buying a used fan with a parts number matching the original (008YY9) from Parts4YourLaptop in Lithuania via ebay. It works flawlessly.
