Cannot turn off mousepad 'wake on sleep'/standby

My problem is with a Dell G15 5520 laptop. All sleep/power states are disabled by default, including Standby S1, Standby S2, Standby S3, and Hybrid sleep.

It disables them when S0 low power idle is supported and enabled, which it is, and I don't know what it is; plus, I thought S1, S2, and S3 were sleep states, not standby. Instead, the system goes into "Standby" mode and doesn't really go to sleep at all. Again, this is by DELL default.

So, my laptop only goes into standby and not sleep mode when choosing sleep in Windows, closing the lid, or timing out from inactivity.

The mousepad wakes it, and I cannot find a way to disable that without disabling the mousepad. Device Manager has no power management options on any devices except for the network adapter/wake on LAN, which I turned off.
