Grany screen
I recently bought a dell XPS 15 9520 and returned it because I saw tiny gray dots (grainy) on my screen. I received a new one, and it has the same issue. My roommate told me he thinks it is normal. It looks grainy and annoys me a little. I have another touchscreen computer and do not see these tiny dots. It is evident on white background. Does someone know how to fix it?

Return the system and order with a different type of screen. The 9520 is available with both conventional and OLED screens -- whichever type you've tried, order the other.

Yes. It's the OLED screen, touch screen.
