Horrible Customer Service

Hello all.

I have an XPS 13 9300 system which has been sitting in the Dell service center for about 25 days. Dell says that it cannot ship the malfunctioning cooling fans from China because of the current situation with COVID-19 there. However, on AliExpress there are many sellers offering 3-day DHL shipping for the same fans. How is it that I can get the fans in less than 72 hours but Dell can't get them in 25 days?

If you can believe it, in what some of you may consider an idiotic move, I have bought another Dell laptop just so my work doesn't stop.

Is there any way to escalate this matter because all I get from Dell Tech support are platitudes.

I would appreciate any advice anyone could offer.
