Logitech USB webcam always worked with XPS 13 9369, but suddenly it won't!
XPS 13 9360
Signed into Zoom for a routine session, but suddenly my Logitech USB webcam fails to connect. Both Zoom & my XPS 13 recognize the webcam as an installed USB device; the webcam works fine on spouse's Inspiron desktop; I tried the usual troubleshooting solutions (unplug/reconnect webcam to different USB port; sign-out & re-open Zoom; reboot computer …) but none have worked.
The fact that this problem surfaced suddenly on my XPS 13 without me changing any settings makes me wonder if there might have been a recent Dell or Zoom update that caused a conflict. The Zoom community board doesn't shed any light on the problem.
Any suggestions?

Make sure the camera is enabled in the BIOS of your Dell laptop. Restart or power on the computer. When you see the Dell logo during POST, press the F2 key once a second to enter the System Setup. NOTE: When the computer boots into Windows, restart the computer and try again.
