Multiple screens stay black after toggle XPS 17 9700 with Nvidia 2060
XPS 17 9700
Hi, I'm using an XPS17 9700 Core i7-10875 with Nvidia RTX 2060 with Max-Q design when I'm on the road. At the office I connect 2 screens of 1920x 1080 to this for an extensive screen. Problem is when using Spotify or a TV streaming service the screens toggle, but then everything stays black, with no control unless I unlink screens. I have activated the direct connection to the Nvidia card in the bios. Who can offer me the solution?

Update the graphics card driver: Go to the Nvidia website and download the latest driver for your RTX 2060 with Max-Q design graphics card. This may help resolve any known compatibility issues.
Disable hardware acceleration in Spotify: Sometimes hardware acceleration can cause issues with dual monitors. Try disabling hardware acceleration in Spotify by going to the settings and then scrolling down to the "Playback" section. Then, toggle off the "Hardware acceleration" option.
Update the BIOS: Check to see if there is a BIOS update available for your XPS 17 9700. If there is, download and install the update as it may contain fixes for known compatibility issues.
Try a different cable: If you're using a different cable to connect your monitors, try switching to a different cable to see if it resolves the issue. Some cables may not be fully compatible with certain graphics cards or monitors.
If none of these solutions work, you could reach out to Dell's customer support team for further assistance. They may be able to provide more specific troubleshooting steps or recommend a hardware replacement if necessary.

Hi,
I already did all this, forgot to mention. Could it be related to the fact that the XPS only has USB-C outputs and I have HDMI screens connected with adapters? Could it be an HDMI problem?
