Sharp vs LG TFT panel
XPS 15 9520
I received XPS 9520 and noticed that TFT panel was misaligned. I requested exchange and technician replaced the screen.
Initially (before screen replacement) this laptop had "DW7XN \ LCD,15.6,FHD+,AG,LBL,SHARP" TFT panel. And it was replaced with "LG 4DWVJ-156WU1 (LGD06B3)". I think that the new screen brightness and colors are bit different. Or maybe I am wrong.
Who knows if there is a big difference between those TFT panels? -__-

Two panels with otherwise identical specifications can appear different to two individuals, in the same way that two speakers or headphones can sound different to some, despite seemingly identical specifications. That's just the nature of human senses.
If you are unhappy with the replacement screen, and still within 30 days of purchase, return the entire system for replacement -- or better yet, refund and reorder, which will restart the clock on your satisfaction guarantee.
