XPS 13 7390 - Base System Device Driver

Upgraded my XPS 13 7390 to Windows 11 today.

Device manager shows a "Base System Device" error, unnamed device and no driver available.

PCI ID's are:

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1911&SUBSYS_09621028&REV_00

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1911&SUBSYS_09621028

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1911&CC_088000

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1911&CC_0880

Any ideas at all please?

Thank you in advance for any assistance that you can give.

Hi Jay

No, I don't.

I actually have solved the issue with help from HP.

I downloaded this Intel Utility and the problem was instantly fixed.

See if reinstalling the Intel RST driver fixes the issue.  Under "Drivers, Intel IRST")

Thank you for the suggestion.

I tried, but no success. Still have the exclamation mark in Device Manager.

Do you get an annoying connect dis-connect alert?

Installing the linked software resolved the issue for me too. Thanks for sharing the solution
