The XPS 13 9320 has a new 60W AC adapter designed to reduce light pollution. The LED will normally be OFF while the laptop is running. It only lights up for 10 seconds when the laptop is first powered on with the 60W AC adapter connected. After the 60W AC adapter has been disconnected and reconnected to the system, the LED will pulse for 12 seconds. This indicates the 60W AC adapter is working as designed.
